When booking direct:
A credit or debit card is required to secure your reservation with a £50 non-refundable deposit. Cancellations more than 24 hours before arrival will result in the deposit being retained as a cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours before arrival will result in the full cost of the first night being retained as a cancellation fee.
When booking on our website:
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellation more than 24 hours before arrival will result in a 50% refund. Cancellation less than 24 hours before arrival will result in the full amount paid being retained as a cancellation fee.
If booking via Booking.com:
50% of your booking value is required at the time of booking, with the balance due 24 hours before you arrive. Cancellation more than 24 hours prior to arrival will result in a £50 cancellation fee being retained and the balance of your payment being refunded. Cancellation less than 24 hours before check in will result in the full cost of the first night being retained as a cancellation fee.
