Tenterden Vineyard is the largest producer of English wines in the UK. There is no entrance fee, visitors are free to stroll at their leisure through the various attractions. Free wine tastings always available. Wine & fine food shop - Grapevine Bistro - Plant Centre - Children's Play Area - vineyard walks. Situated on B2082, 3 miles from Tenterden. English Wines Group produces quality red, rosé, and white wines under the `Curious Grape' brand and fantastic sparkling wines made in the traditional method under the `Chapel Down' brand which are made by Owen Elias (UK Winemaker of the Year 2002 and 2003) and his winemaking team. The grapes grown at the vineyard include varieties such as Bacchus, Schönburger and Pinot Noir.

Biddenden Vineyard is situated 1.2 miles from the lovely Wealden village of Biddenden, with its High Street flanked by half timbered houses once used for the weaving of cloth, and its 13th century grey stone church.

The vineyards are able to produce White, Red, Rosé and Sparkling Wines. Harvest of the grapes takes place late September, visitors can see the presses in operation in the winery. Bottling of the wines commences early in the following year.
