Hi there Rebecca,

I just wanted to drop you an email to say 'A massive thank you' to you and the staff at London Beach Spa Hotel' my sister and I have just returned from our spa break and we feel totally spoilt and relaxed.

We were blown away by the hospitality and the customer service in your establishment. From our arrival with Janice on reception, Joanna in the spa area and her attitude of ' nothing is too much trouble'; Paulo in the restaurant, was attentive without being intrusive.

Everything about our stay was lovely - the fluffy robes; the delicious and interesting food; the cleanliness and variety of spa facilities and of course the beauty treatments. The beauty staff were extremely professional and made us feel special. So decadent!

As well as all this it was great to be able to use the gym facilities - the Techno-Gym Kinesis equipment is fabulous and so thorough for an all over work out. My muscles know about it today, but they feel good.

With my sister having four children and studying full time, this was the perfect break for her to switch off and re-charge her batteries. For me it is just 6 weeks since I finished a course of chemotherapy and I feel this break was the new start for me as I feel I have finally got over the side effects. I now feel like my energy levels are coming back and this has given me a kick start after being out of action for over a year.
