Our congratulations go to George Woolleston, a London Beach Junior Member. George recently won the Kent Schoolboys Under 15 Championship and went on to compete in the English Schoolboys Championship where he finished in 15th place. Well done from all of us at London Beach on this fantastic achievement.
George also competed in the London Beach Club Championships held in July and won 1st place with a gross 73/77. This year’s Ladies Club Championship honours went to Carol Piddock, who was playing on exceptional form, she went on to win the Karen Gower Challenge trophy as well. The 2010 Ladies Open Team championship was won by a Team from Tenterden Ladies Golf Club. |
