Entry Fee £20.00 per pair-Members and  £40.00 per pair-Visitors for each date.

  1. Payment must be enclosed with each completed Entry Form. Cheques should be made payable to: LONDON BEACH GOLF HOTEL and returned to:

  2. Closing Date for the Pairs Championship is - Friday 4th May 2007
