Everything is prepared from scratch in our kitchens. Where possible we use ingredients sourced with 30 miles of our Dining room. Meat from Gunn Butchers in Bexhill and Silcocks at Tenterden, Fish from Linton Seafoods in Maidstone, Fruit & Vegetables from JH Supplies in Ashford and Turners at Goudhurst, Street Farm Dairy in Tenterden, Pluckley tea, Coffee from Imperial Vending at Bethersden, Asparagus from Biddenden.
