Fabulous Showtime Event with £1,750.00 donated to “Find a Voice” Charity

MariaA fabulous “Showtime” event on Sunday, organised by Sandra Sutters, Sunday Lunch Eventsaw £1,750.00 being donated back. The 3 course Sunday Lunch was delicious the atmosphere was warm and friendly with over 70 people coming together to enjoy themselves and raise money for “Find a Voice”.  A UK based charity which supports children and adults who have severe speech and communication difficulties, based in Ashford, Kent, UK   –  www.findavoice.org    With a raffle as well with prizes donated by local businesses.

The highlight of the afternoon was an amazing performance by 2 professional singers – Jo Appleby (Soprano) and David Habbin (Tenor) – They sung both opera and songs from West End Shows. Incredible voices and a polished performance, singing a wide range songs.

A really enjoyable afternoon that raised much needed money for a deserving cause.

Charity Sunday Lunches at London Beach

On 2nd February Tenterden Bowls Club had their monthly Sunday lunch at London Beach Hotel. London Beach and the Savannah Charitable Trust will be donating £99.75 back to the club.

Also on 2nd February Sandhurst Primary School had Sunday Lunch attended by 50 adults and children. London Beach will be donating the total sum of £1,141.20 back to the school.

Today a table of 10 booked by Judith East from Hythe, all had Sunday Lunch and the total food bill came to £259.50, their nominated charity – Pilgrims Hospice will receive £259.50 from London Beach & the Savannah Charitable Trust.
